Elements/Aspects Logical

The Talent Q Elements and Aspects Logical test assesses a candidate's inductive/logical reasoning ability by measuring their skills in working flexibly with unfamiliar information and finding solutions. The candidate is asked to answer questions based on an incomplete series of symbols, where the candidate has to choose the missing symbol. This test typically takes around 9 minutes and consists of 12 questions.

Elements/Aspects Numerical

The Talent Q Elements and Aspects Numerical test assesses a candidate's numerical reasoning ability and their understanding of tables of numerical data as well as their ability to make logical deductions. The data is presented in the form of graphs, tables, and diagrams, and several questions are asked regarding this information. This test typically takes around 12 minutes and consist of 12 questions.

Elements/Aspects Verbal

The Talent Q Elements and Aspects Verbal test assesses a candidate's ability to read, understand and interpret written information and the ability to evaluate arguments about this information. The Talent Q Verbal test consists of two parts intermediate and hard. Both tests assess your ability to interpret and draw conclusions from work-related texts.

In these exercises, you will be given a passage of professional text. Underneath the text, there is a question. You will need to answer the question by giving the correct answer based on the information in the text.

You are allowed to use a piece of scrap paper during the test. You have 1 minute to answer each question.

The Aspects Verbal test usually consists of 12 questions based on passages of text. This test assesses a candidate's ability to read, understand and interpret written information and ability to evaluate arguments about this information. The test usually takes 8 minutes. 

Aspects Numerical

The Aspects Numerical test usually consists of 12 questions based on graphs, tables, and diagrams. This test assesses a candidate's numerical reasoning ability and their understanding of tables of numerical data as well as their ability to make logical deductions. The test usually takes 10 minutes. 

Aspects Checking

The Aspects Checking test usually consists of 2  tables with information, where the candidate has to check the one table with another. With this test, a candidate’s ability to accurately and quickly detect errors in data can be assessed. The test usually takes around 6 minutes.

The Talent Q Situational Judgement test, also called SJT, is designed to measure a variety of factors required to be successful in a specific job role within the employing organization.
