HFMtalentindex supports organisations in identifying, developing and utilising talent through a range of online assessment tools. These assessments provide employers with valuable insight into individual abilities, competencies and potential.
Founded in 1997, HFMtalentindex conducts more than 300,000 assessments each year and is widely used within professional recruitment and development processes.
Would you like to know what taking a HFMtalentindex assessment is like? Prepare effectively with our tailor-made HFMtalentindex Preparation Package. This package includes all test types you can expect during a HFMtalentindex assessment and is designed to closely reflect the structure and difficulty of the real tests.
HFMtalentindex offers two main assessment formats: the VIT and the SIT.
The VIT (Versatile Intelligence Test) typically consists of:
- Logical Reasoning Ability
- Verbal Aptitude
- Numerical Reasoning Ability
- Mathematical Aptitude
In addition, the components of the VIT can be administered individually as part of a Specific Intelligence Test (SIT). Depending on the assessment configuration, the SIT may also include an Abstract Reasoning Test.
The HFMtalentindex Preparation Package includes practice tests for the following abilities:
- Logical Reasoning Ability
- Verbal Aptitude
- Numerical Reasoning Ability
- Mathematical Aptitude
- Abstract Reasoning
- Spatial Reasoning
All practice tests include extensive explanations and clear guidance on how each question can be solved efficiently. This helps you understand not only the correct answer, but also the reasoning process behind it.
In addition, our Personal Progression System allows you to track your development in detail. The system records your scores, completion times and overall progress, helping you identify strengths and areas for improvement. This insight enables you to focus your preparation where it will have the greatest impact.
