About Danone
Danone is a French multinational in the food industry. Its headquarters is in Paris, and the company was founded in Barcelona. Danone specializes in dairy products, yogurt, bottled water, and medical nutrition. Danone reported a revenue of over €22 billion in 2015. Danone’s activities are separated into four groups: fresh dairy, water, baby food, and medical nutrition. Fresh dairy is the main source of income, with 50% of the revenue, followed by food, with 30% of the revenue. Finally, one-fifth of the revenue is realized through the sale of water. The company is active worldwide, and 40% of the revenue is realized in Europe. France is their biggest sales market after the United States.
Application Process
When applying with Danone, the first step is to reply to the vacancy online. Here, you will be asked to provide your CV and your motivational letter. You can also link your LinkedIn account. If Danone thinks your profile is a fit for the vacancy, you will usually be asked to do some online tests. These tests are provided by assessment publisher CEB/Gartner (SHL).
You will usually be invited for a first interview if the previous steps were successful. Following this, you will be invited to an assessment center if the interview results positively. You will perform several tasks and activities in this assessment center during one or two days. You will be asked to retake the previous online tests, conduct some more interviews, and do a group assignment. If all goes well you will receive an offer after this.
